Prior to founding Vircho, Craig was an Operating Partner at leading healthcare commercialization experts, Fitzroy Health and Executive Vice President of Dr Foster Intelligence (now Telstra Health).
Evan Jones
Chief Strategy Officer
Evan Jones has spent over a decade building and launching successful data-focused products for both patients and healthcare organizations. Prior to founding Vircho, he served as VP & GM, Healthcare & Insights Groups at U.S. News & World Report where he oversaw all healthcare products, including the Best Hospitals and Best Children’s Hospitals. He formed and built U.S. News’s analytics businesses which served hundreds of health care systems by the end of his tenure.
Ashley Perry
Chief Growth Officer
Ashley Perry is an experienced healthcare advisor, executive, and entrepreneur whose career has bridged the health system, health plan, and health tech sectors. Before joining Vircho, Ashley co-founded Fitzroy International, an advisory firm representing institutional investors seeking investment opportunities in US healthcare and social infrastructure assets. She also built and scaled healthcare products and solutions for The Advisory Board Company, Premier, Kaufman Hall, and Socially Determined. Along the way, she advised industry-leading healthcare organizations across the country and was recognized by Modern Healthcare as one of the “Top 25 Emerging Leaders” in the field, described as one of “the most impressive leaders driving change across the industry.”
Jon Jones
Chief Product Officer
Jon Jones is a product leader, tech founder, and entrepreneur who is passionate about building high-impact teams and products. As CPO at Vircho, he drives product strategy, innovation, and team development. Previously, Jon co-founded Anthroware, a boutique professional services software agency with deep experience in healthcare and designing work-systems that put humans first. Jon thrives on experimentation, problem-solving, and growing deliberately developmental teams.
Greg Fitzgerald
Chief Technology Officer
Greg Fitzgerald brings over 15 years of experience in Software Engineering and Product Development in the healthcare space. In his most recent role as Staff VP for the Digital Product Engineering group at Centene Corporation, Greg was responsible for a 50 person development team focused on delivering innovative user experiences. In his previous roles, Greg founded Centene’s Innovation Lab and led the Engineering departments for several successful healthcare startups.
Warren Boudreau
VP, Client Success
Warren Boudreau is a pediatric nurse by training that discovered a passion for data and technology while working night shifts in the ER. This passion led him to step into multiple technical roles while pursuing a graduate degree in informatics. Most recently Warren was the Director of Quality Outcomes & Analytics at Texas Children’s Hospital where he led a hybrid team of over 30 clinical and technical folks that focused on driving clinical improvements through analytics and clinical decision support.
Leah Peters
Client Success Manager
Leah is a Client Success Manager at Vircho, where she helps healthcare organizations use technology to address social determinants of health (SDOH) and advance health equity. With 15 years of healthcare experience, including 6 years as a Quality Improvement Specialist at Texas Children's Hospital, she combines clinical, quality, and informatics expertise to support whole-person care. Leah holds a BSN from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center and an MSN in Nursing Informatics from Texas Tech University.
John Mirick
VP, Product
Prior to joining Vircho, John served as VP of Product at U.S.News and World Report, where he played a key role in the creation of over a dozen new products, including Best Doctors, Best Diets and Health Data Insights. At U.S.News, John was also responsible for forming their Design/UX team and leading user research. Throughout his career, John has served a design lead role on projects for both large clients such as Raytheon and Blue Cross Blue Shield, as well as many smaller startups.
Nick Schaffner
Lead Designer
Nick Schaffner is a design leader with 20+ years transforming challenges into user-centered solutions and compelling brand experiences. He combines strategic vision with technical understanding to create digital products that resonate with users. His professional cycling background instills discipline and precision, allowing him to navigate complex projects with agility. Nick approaches each challenge with empathy, delivering experiences that exceed expectations. When not designing, he enjoys raising his children, exploring Asheville's outdoors, and still riding bikes—just more leisurely now.
Paul Pechin
Lead Engineer
Paul is Lead Engineer at Vircho. Prior to Vircho, Paul held various engineering roles including Senior Front End Developer at U.S. News & World Report, Software Engineer at Remedy Health Media, Senior Interactive Developer at FUHU, and Vice President of Technology at Myriad Tech. Paul holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Kansas where he was also part of Student Union activities and the Association of Computing Machinery.
Dan Fujita
Senior Engineer
Dan is a Senior Software Engineer at Vircho. Prior to Virco, Dan worked in engineering and developer roles at Apsis Science and Technology and U.S. News & World Report. Dan has co-founded numerous companies. He holds a M.S. in computer science from Georgia Institute of Technology, an M.S. in Information Security and Assurance from George Mason University, and a B.A. in Computer Science from Canisius College.
